For lightweight convenience, all items weighing 10 pounds or less are shipped at a flat rate of $9.95.

For items weighing over 10 pounds, a flat shipping rate of $14.95 is applied to ensure secure and efficient delivery.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business hours. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order’s journey to your doorstep.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the size of your order. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Refund Policy

  • Our refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
